FINSA – FILTROS INDUSTRIALES SL receives the award from the Terrassa Chamber of Commerce for the Healthy Company role model.
FINSA is a company with more than 40 years of experience dedicated to the development of complete engineering solutions and design, weaving and manufacturing processes for industrial filter media. In 2018, it has been awarded for the implementation of a strategic policy of work environment and health promotion with the involvement and active participation of the entire professional team and integrated into the company culture.
A solid investment in R&D and in its own testing laboratories for the creation of new fabrics, together with the incorporation of new international partners and an alliance with the Swedish group Industri Textil Job in 2013, have led Finsa to increase its activity in the international markets that today represent 80% of its turnover. With a professional team of 49 workers, the company has implemented an action plan aimed at promoting a safe and healthy environment, designed to combine economic and productive growth with a special sensitivity to the human factor that has enhanced the creativity and motivation of its entire team. The plan promotes the involvement of workers in production improvement processes, daily physical exercise and healthy eating habits within the company. It has also provided therapeutic massage services for workshop and loom staff, group and individual coaching support sessions, as well as language training, among others. Within the framework of this plan, it also offers flexible hours and guarantees equal pay.
