Finsa continues to move forward in its growth strategy with the acquisition of Tecnordits, a company with more than 60 years of experience in the warping sector.
Located in Sant Vicenç de Castellet (Barcelona), Tecnordits has a facility of approximately 2,500 m² and a team of around fifteen professionals. Its highly specialized technology allows it to work with demanding tension levels, positioning it as one of the few companies in Spain capable of offering this service.
This acquisition strengthens Finsa’s positioning and ensures control over the vertically integrated production process, providing greater solidity, quality, and future growth potential for the company.
