The materials used in the production of these fabrics include polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA) and polyester (PES), with the possibility of choosing between monofilament, multifilament or staple fiber. Monofilament fiber is a type of synthetic fiber that is characterized by being composed of a single continuous thread, in contrast to multifilament fibers, which are made up of several continuous threads intertwined together. Staple fiber is a type of thread that is characterized by being discontinuous, that is, it is made from short fibers intertwined with each other. These fibers can be cut uniformly or irregularly, and their more or less short length makes them suitable for various applications.
The combination of these polymers, additives and individual shapes, together with the properties of the fibers used, offers a practically unlimited spectrum of possibilities.
