The EYELETLESS system is a filter press fabric fixing system patented by Finsa JOB | Group in February 2023. This new system modifies the design of conventional fabrics, adding a system of tapes that are part of the same filter fabric and that allows eliminating the use of other materials to join both sides of the fabric. The result and main objective is to eliminate any non-textile component of the fabrics, replacing possible metal eyelets, Velcro and the use of plastic pins or ties. Therefore, we are talking about a fabric made up 100% of a single textile product, which facilitates its subsequent treatment, once its useful life has ended. By not having to use anything other than the fabric to form the fabrics, we will not have to worry about different maximum working temperatures or extreme pH values that can degrade these components. This makes the EYELETLESS system a product with a multitude of improvements for a wide variety of processes:

During this first year of trials with different clients, we have been able to verify that the EYELETLESS system allows installation time to be reduced by up to 50% because it does not depend on any component other than the fabric itself. This makes it a more ecological and sustainable product, which facilitates subsequent management of the product. It has also been proven that this system adapts much better to the fabric, eliminating the possible appearance of wrinkles in the fabrics and does not compromise the mechanical resistance or durability of the fabrics during use.
